- Flight to Barcelona: On Arrival: The transfer vehicle is due to depart from Barcelona airport at 17:00. You should book a flight with an arrival time of one hour before to allow for luggage collection. The meeting point at the airport is in Terminal T1 in front of the Café Jamaika at the Group Meeting Point South (after customs on the left).
Departure: Flight from 2:30 pm!!
Barcelona City: Group Transfer at 5:30 pm - Meeting point is the taxi stand at the Statue of Columbus (at the end of the "Rambla" at the "Port Vell").
- Flight to Girona:On Arrival: The transfer vehicle is due to depart from Girona airport at 18:30. You should book a flight with an arrival time of at least 30 minutes before to allow for luggage collection. The meeting point at the airport is in front of Café Caffriccio in the Arrivals Hall.
Departure: Flight from 1:00 pm!!
Girona City: Group Transfer at 6:45 pm - Meeting point at the train station is at the exit towards the city in front of the taxi stand.

If you are being collected in Barcelona City or Girona, please note that our first stop is Barcelona Airport and we could be delayed due to flights arriving late or traffic on the roads. Please be patient and we will be there as soon as possible!

Last day departures: Departing from the Hotel at about 10 am (depending on where the trail ends), arriving at Girona Airport at about 11 am, Barcelona Airport at about 12:30 pm. Please be advised that we can not drop people off at specific hotels or locations, our service is a direct transfer to the airport or the city meeting point.

- If the collective transfer times are not suitable to your arrival/departure times we could organise a taxi for you (one way about 80-100 Euros from Girona and 200-250 Euros from Barcelona, depending on the trail starting and ending point). Other arrival and departure destinations on request.
- Free group transfer on all programmes except the Catalonia Beach Ride weekend, and that transfer is only free from / to Girona. For the day or half day rides we ask that you make your own travel arrangements for arrival and departure.
