The Mediterranean Trail ride was all I thought it would be and more. This was my first time taking a horseback holiday and Panorama Trails will be my forever vacation outfitter in Spain. The Mediterranean Trail ride is a 5 day roughly 100-mile loop through the Catalonia region of Spain. Nacho, our guide is an exceptional horseman and teacher who emphasizes safety and fun. He has a great personality and makes sure that each rider is matched to the horse that suits their ability for the ride. I've ridden my entire life and the horse Nacho selected for me was the perfect match.

The Panorama Trails support team was amazing too. Dani, Nacho's trail assistant was friendly and really a jack of all trades from moving our luggage, staging our lunch stops, helping with horses, and staging our horse layover locations was a logistical marvel.

Rudi, the owner of the company was also immediately responsive to our needs. One of my trail mates felt her horse was a bit too forward for her by the end of the day Rudi personally delivered a more suitable horse at our hotel location.

Again, I can't say enough great things about this company and I will definitely be back for the Wild Coast Pirates Trail, Fresh and Salt Water Trail, and the Mountain and Coast Outlaw Trail. The food, accommodations, horses, and staff are all top notch.

I would say this was the best horse trekking I ever did. It was extremely well organized, the horses were very forward-going and responsive with soft gaits. I loved both horses I rode: Gitano and huge Vistoso. We also were spoiled with the beautiful landscape of Cap de Creus on our Pirate Coastal Trail and of course with great food (the black Paella at Cadaqués is a Must!). Also the limonada Catalan (Cava) and Manel’s nice picnics and table decorations were very well appreciated by the entire group. And a huge thank you to our great guide Rudi! Vamos galoppe otra vez? !!!

Just amazing! the landscape so beautiful, the Panorama Trails team helpful and kind. The horses are calm and well trained, the food lovely and local, the hotel and lodges for the nights well chosen, the trail well guided and capricious, the group of riders a perfect mix ? Everything was just perfect!

The rides were great! Especially the canter ? on the racetrack left a lasting impression on me and my children. Many thanks to Corinna, who guided us through the beautiful landscape of Catalonia. We will definitely come back and are thinking about joining one of the week-long trails this summer.

We had the pleasure to go on a three-hour ride with Corinna! It was just amazing! The horses are very well cared, the tour guides are fluent in Spanish, English and German! The group was homogeneous, so we could ride in all gaits. Corinna told us a lot about the environment, the horses and the team. We would be happy to come back and are saving already money for one of the offered week-long trails. Thanks that everything worked so spontaneously and without any problems.
